    I started Isagenix about 4 years ago. This is the pack I started with. Within a few days I felt like a new person with so much more energy! Then, after a few months, before I knew it I had lost 55 pounds! I have been able to easily maintain that weight and put on 8 pounds of lean muscle!     I started with the 30-day system in February of 2006 and amazingly released 50 pounds over the initial use. Needless to say, I’ve used Isagenix and have kept my weight off since then. It’s really as easy as blending a shake (1 to 2 or more) a day as a complete meal. It’s also very affordable and in my experience is less than a regular meal.

    I like the fact that I found a system that was not dairy supported. This gives me the chance to try a program like this. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the snack Harvest Thins they have a different after taste. I like the initial bite but after you chew it then it taste is off.

    The chocolate flavored snack rounds were the only disappointment Honestly though, they’re terrible. I would rather eat sidewalk chalk. The berry flavor is much better. Other than that, I am feeling good and continuing.

    Love the birthday cake shakes! I ordered the strawberry, chocolate and vanilla as well and only like the birthday cake. The vanilla snacks are really good! All the cleanse for life’s are great but love the mango peach! I’m not a fan of the ionix surpreme however.

    I’ve lost weight – which is good. But the Isa Flush caused me stomach issues (alot) made sleep very difficult. As soon as I quit taking it it was better. I like the shakes, easy to do and keep up with. Wish there was more of the cleanse – I liked doing 2 day cleanses in a row, but then would have a week (or 2) that I couldn’t do any. I’m not thrilled with the taste of the snacks. Would rather just snack on raw veggies.

    The first week was difficult with hunger but I was able to loose a few pounds. After the first week I have not seen anymore weight loss. The shakes taste good and my body has started to adjust so they have become more filling. It would be nice to have a larger variety of flavors to choose from. For the cleanse days I am not a fan of the snacks that are part of this package so it would be nice to have other options. I really like the amped packets to add to water for when I am working out!

    I think it’d be neat to get sample packs of different flavors that are available, before I order a full size. Like the different shake flavors, snacks, the AMPED hydrate.

    The 30 day program is nice. Only thing that stinks is that the packets are so much easier for me to take them to work, but are so much expensive. I do the 30 day program once a year, it’s like my “kick start” to the summer and into my busy golf season. I’ve learned snacks are the best thing ever, so I don’t go hungry between shakes.

    the program a few years back and saw great results. I am on it again due to being older and metabolism changes. I need to lose those excess 8 lbs.

    I did I LOVE the shakes. Of any protein shake the taste the best. What I would suggest is that we are provided with a list of meals/snacks that are not processed food. Real food that we can make at home. I’d rather eat real food than processed food. Plus it doesn’t really make sense to eliminate processed food/sugary foods, but be able to eat Isagenix processed snacks.

    I like that it has almost everything you need but for it to be called the basic pack I think ANYTHING required for a normal month of shakes and 1 cleanse day per week should be included. You have to choose between wafers OR snack which both are on the list …. Very confusing. Everything else I think is great

    Shakes taste great. Wish the weight loss pack came with the Whey thin or harvest snacks to support you on cleanse days. Also wish for unprocessed foods as options rather than things out of packages.

    I really like the products, taste and nutritional quality. My weight loss is slow perhaps due to being older but it’s still positive change. Only complaint is all the plastic packaging! I should pay less for choosing more sustainable packets, not more. I hope something is in the works to cut the plastic usage.

    The basic weight loss package was okay. I would like to see other flavor options in the Isalean PRO shakes. I would also like to see options for exchange of products you don’t use (Isaflush). I don’t like that you are discouraged from eating whole, healthy fruits and vegetables in the first 30 days. I do like the convenience of the shakes- quick and easy during a busy work day.

    I love the shakes alot. Especially the Dutch chocolate. The only I wish you would change is the ionix. I really have to choke it down. A pill form would be perfect for someone like me. Overall I am very pleased with my kit and my results so far.

    I have done the program before, lost 30 lbs, had energy like before my son was born, and felt healthy and satisfied. The only reason I had to stop the program was the expense. I wish products were a little more affordable for lower budgets to allow me to even just do the shakes. Anyhow, I’m in a place I am able to afford the program again. I like how easy it is to pick up with little planning (other than my meal/ snack prep). The program has so many more options to track your progress and more options of flavor and snacks! There is a lot of flexibility in when to consume and how much. I have to say my new most surprising addition is the cleanse for life peach mango! Whoa! What a difference this will make for cleanse days. I was hooked on the first sip! I also like that you have added the bone broth option for cleanse days as sometimes I want something savory and not sweet. I have not tried the broth yet but excited to try it! All in all the products work. I feel like my efforts are minimal in order to exceed and I am the most motivated to work out with this program as it aids in your health and weight loss instead of the exercise being the dominant idea for weight loss. I love all the Facebook support groups and ways I can plug in. The links are always helpful as I like to know what I’m putting into my body. So much to say but I’m easy to rock my cleanse day.

    I haven’t lost as much weight as I had hoped given how expensive these products are. I wish it was more affordable as it seems that the only people that can stay on the program long term are the people that end up getting other people to join so they sell the products and work for the company essentially.

    I started out strong, 100% following the guidelines. The day after my first cleanse day, it went downhill. I almost passed out and it was determined that my blood pressure was way too low. I was told to eat all the salty food I could along with drinking to bring it back up. During my discussion with my doctor the next day, he told me NOT to do the cleanses anymore – that my electrolytes we’re thrown out of whack. Feeling discouraged since I just spent a ton of money and am not seeing any results just doing shake days.
