    If I had to pick a favorite must-have-for-life product– this would be it! When I did my 1st 30 day commitment over 4 years ago I followed the system and WOW! But, I didn’t know what I didn’t know… so I stopped using it when I traveled. I noticed the difference almost immediately.     Ionix helps get me through cleanse days. I believe cleanse days should be just that, I may have 1 Isadelight and snacks but nothing else. When I’m struggling I’ll fix some Ionix and it get’s me through the cleanse.     Being a competitive ultra marathoner and weightlifter, I’m always putting extreme stress on my body and we all know chronic stress leads to serious health consequences.

    Ionix supreme to the rescue!

    I typically take 2 servings a day {morning & night} as it picks me up and settles me down.

    Most time I add it to my am shake and at night I enjoy it as a hot tea with a drop of peppermint oil in it.

    I know sometimes it takes people adjusting to ionix but trust me, these adaptogens are something you want to stick with until you’re body agrees {if you struggle}. It will soon turn into your favorite product and you’ll notice if you forget to take it for a day.

    I call it the elixir of life! Not sure how it works, bit 1 oz in the morning, give it 20 min. and I’m alert and ready for my day. If I need calming at bedtime, 1 oz and total relaxation. Not sure how it can wake me up and calm me down at both extremes, but it does it well!

    Honestly wasn’t expecting too much the first time I used Ionix, but I was pleasantly surprised. The stress relief of the adaptogens is such a blessing in a high stress work field.

    I’m a Marine Corps veteran. I served operation Iraqi Freedom and operations Enduring freedom. Along with that cake some serious ptsd that I’m on disability for. Ionix every morning has somehow eased that. All the meds I’ve tried through the va did nothing. Psychiatrist didn’t help. Ionix takes the edge off my nerves and allows me to be in public places where there are a lot of people. I still get a little worked up but not like before. Before my wife and I couldn’t enjoy our lives in public unless we are alone. This puts a strain on things as she is a social butterfly.     This stuff tastes terrible. I tried drinking it. I thought I’d get used to the flavor, but that didn’t happen. The only way I can take it is by adding it to my shakes. As far as how I feel , I’m not sure. I feel good, but I can’t say it’s just from this or the shakes or the combination.

    This product is great. I read that someone said it tastes awful. I squeeze in a lemon wedge, add a cinnamon stick and it is delicious. If I can’t drink it my preferred way (not time) I take a quick shot of it nice and cold. I choose to not savor it when cold. This is a phenomenal product!
