I love them for 3 specific reasons. 1. When I need an afternoon pick me up. They also help my digestion after lunch. 2. Whenever I need focus. I had to give a low rating because the eshot started negatively affecting both my husband and myself. We started using the eshot when it was introduced in Isagenix several years ago. We both drank one first thing every morning. About a year ago, my husband began having symptoms similar to panic attacks and I began having heart palpitations. We stopped using the eshot and our symptoms improved. I reordered because I thought I would cut back on coffee and use the eshots as it had been almost a year since I had one. I felt bad and jittery all day long and my husband had attacks nightly for 5 nights in a row before he was convinced it was the eshot he was drinking each morning. So I don’t know whether Isagenix changed the formula as they have every product they sell, or if we became sensitive to an ingredient in the eshot. We did love them for several years, but it is a mystery to us why they started to have a negative impact on our health.
